Onion-Crusted Baked Salmon

A savoury, perfectly baked salmon fillet topped with a creamy onion and mayonnaise crust, with a hint of lemon for a bright, zesty balance.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Package Knorr's Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 Salmon Fillet
  • ½ Lemon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F
  2. Place salmon fillet on a baking sheet then squeeze half a lemon on to the fillet.
  3. Prepare onion sauce
  4. Bake Salmon in the middle rack for 8 minutes at 400 °F
  5. Remove salmon then slather the onion sauce
  6. Place salmon back in the oven on the top rack and broil for 3 minutes
Onion Sauce
  1. Place 1 cup of mayonnaise and combine with 1 package of Knorr onion soup mix

Notes

Serve with rice or potatoes.
