Marinate the Chicken
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally 4–8 hours for maximum flavor.
- Preheat the Grill
- Heat grill to medium-high (about 400°F / 200°C).
- Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
Grill the Chicken
- Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off. Discard used marinade.
- Grill for 5–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Avoid moving the chicken too much—let it develop nice grill marks.
- Rest and Serve
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
