Ingredients
  

  • 6 chicken drumsticks or thighs
  • 1 cup Fazio's zesty Italian dressing
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges optional, for serving

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
  2. Pour the Italian dressing over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
  3. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally 4–8 hours for maximum flavor.
  4. Preheat the Grill
  5. Heat grill to medium-high (about 400°F / 200°C).
  6. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
Grill the Chicken
  1. Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off. Discard used marinade.
  2. Grill for 5–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  3. Avoid moving the chicken too much—let it develop nice grill marks.
