
Onion-Crusted Baked Salmon
A savoury, perfectly baked salmon fillet topped with a creamy onion and mayonnaise crust, with a hint of lemon for a bright, zesty balance.

Method
- Preheat oven to 400 °F
- Place salmon fillet on a baking sheet then squeeze half a lemon on to the fillet.
- Prepare onion sauce
- Bake Salmon in the middle rack for 8 minutes at 400 °F
- Remove salmon then slather the onion sauce
- Place salmon back in the oven on the top rack and broil for 3 minutes
Onion Sauce
- Place 1 cup of mayonnaise and combine with 1 package of Knorr onion soup mix

Serve with rice or potatoes.
