Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 170g / 6 oz tuna drained
  • Cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional for freshness
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 small tomato thinly sliced
  • ¼ small red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 large lettuce leaves romaine or iceberg
  • 2 large flour tortillas or wraps

Method
 

  1. Prepare the tuna salad:
  2. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix until creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Assemble the wrap:
  4. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a lettuce leaf in the center.
  5. Add the fillings:
  6. Spoon half of the tuna mixture onto the lettuce, then layer with tomato and onion slices.
  7. Wrap it up:
  8. Fold the sides in and roll tightly from the bottom up. Repeat for the second wrap.
  9. Slice in half diagonally if desired, and enjoy fresh — or wrap in parchment paper for a quick on-the-go meal.
