SHELF LIFE
- The typical shelf life of properly stored dressings and sauces is approximately 10 months from the date of manufacture. Refrigerate after opening to maintain quality. Do not freeze.
This mayonnaise is for heavy duty applications where the mayonnaise must withstand heat, and high velocity mixing. Slightly yellow in colour, with a tangy, salty/lemon taste. Extra egg yolks and sugar enhance its flavour and durability. Similar in flavour and consistency to popular national brands. Not sparged with air/nitrogen–thus providing greater recipe yields.
