Real Mayonnaise
DESCRIPTION
Our Real Mayonnaise is an 80+ % oil real mayonnaise with a heavy consistency. Slightly yellow in colour, with a tangy, salty/lemon taste. Extra egg yolks and sugar enhance its flavour and durability. Similar in flavour and consistency to popular national brands. Not sparged with air/nitrogen–thus providing greater recipe yields.
